Merrick is one of our newest locations. It is on Merrick Road near Cammann’s Pond Park, and sees patients from Merrick, North Merrick, Bellmore and Freeport. Our physical therapists and chiropractors treat lower back pain, neck and joint pain, and injuries from car accidents and work, and acupuncture is available here too.
Good to know before you come
- Finding us: the office is in a shared space without a Quantum sign outside, so look for Suite 105.
- Train: the Merrick LIRR station is less than a mile away.
- Parking: on the street only, as the building’s lot is private.
- Wheelchair access: the entrance and the treatment area are step-free.
- Spanish: spoken at the front desk.
- Walk-ins: you can stop in without an appointment. It’s worth calling first, since the team confirms that we can take your case before you’re treated.
- New patients: usually seen the same day.
- Referral: isn’t required.
No-Fault, Workers’ Comp and Personal Injury in Merrick
We treat car accident patients through New York No-Fault insurance and work injuries through Workers’ Compensation, and we also see patients with Personal Injury cases. Billing goes straight to the No-Fault insurer or the Workers’ Comp carrier, and we work with your attorney. Depending on your case and plan, you can also use your health insurance; give us a call or stop by, and the team will check your coverage. If you’d like to pay on your own, we offer self-pay options.
Your first visit
Remember to bring a valid state-issued ID, plus any paperwork you have about the accident or injury. If some of it is missing, we’ll work with your attorney to get it; without an attorney, you’ll need to bring it yourself.
Your first appointment is an evaluation with one of our providers. They’ll talk with you about your symptoms and concerns, evaluate your condition and set a treatment plan, and you’ll remain under that provider’s care throughout your treatment.
