Our Valley Stream location is on North Central Avenue and sees patients from North and South Valley Stream, Elmont, Lynbrook and Rosedale in Queens. Our physical therapists and chiropractors treat neck, back and joint pain and injuries from car accidents and work, and we offer acupuncture here too.
Good to know before you come
- Train: the Valley Stream LIRR station is less than a mile away.
- Parking: on the street.
- Wheelchair access: just inside the entrance, three or four steps lead up to the office, and there is no step-free way in, so it isn’t wheelchair accessible. If you use a wheelchair or can’t manage steps, call first, and the team will point you to a step-free location near you.
- Spanish: you can speak it with the front desk and with at least one of our clinicians.
- Walk-ins: no appointment is needed to come in. Calling first helps, because the team confirms that we can take your case before treating you.
- New patients: most are seen the same day.
- Referral: you can book without one.
No-Fault, work injury and Personal Injury cases in Valley Stream
After a car accident, we treat you through New York No-Fault insurance. After an injury at work, we treat you through your Workers’ Compensation case. We also see patients with Personal Injury cases, bill the No-Fault insurer and the Workers’ Comp carrier directly, and work with your attorney. Health insurance is accepted as well, depending on your case and your plan; call or visit, and the team will check what your coverage includes. Paying on your own is another option.
Your first visit
For your first visit, bring a valid state-issued ID and any documents or information about your accident or injury. If something is missing and you have an attorney, our team works with your attorney to get it; otherwise, you’ll need to provide it yourself.
Your first appointment begins with an evaluation by one of our providers. They’ll ask about your symptoms and concerns, evaluate your condition and put together a treatment plan, and you’ll remain with that provider throughout your care. Learn what to expect at your first physical therapy appointment. To book, call the Valley Stream location or send us a request online. See our FAQ for the most common questions.
