Baldwin is where Quantum started: it was our first location, and it is still our main office. On Grand Avenue near Coes Neck Park, it is close to home for patients from Baldwin, Baldwin Harbor, Freeport, Oceanside, Rockville Centre and Roosevelt. Our physical therapists and chiropractors treat neck, back and joint pain, and injuries from car accidents and work, and acupuncture is available here too.

- Parking: on the street.
- Wheelchair access: you can get in and reach the treatment area without steps.

No-Fault, Workers’ Comp and Personal Injury in Baldwin
If you were hurt in a car accident, we treat you through New York No-Fault insurance, and if you were injured on the job, through your Workers’ Compensation case. We also see patients with Personal Injury cases. We bill the No-Fault insurer and the Workers’ Compensation carrier directly, and we work with your attorney. Depending on your case and your plan, we accept health insurance as well, and the team can check your coverage when you call or stop by. Self-pay options are available.
Your first visit
Bring a valid state-issued ID and any documents or information you have about your accident or injury. If something is missing and you have an attorney, our team works with your attorney to get it. If you don’t have one, you will need to provide it yourself.
Your first appointment is an evaluation with one of our providers, who stays with you for the rest of your treatment. They’ll talk with you about your symptoms, evaluate your condition and set a treatment plan. For a step-by-step look, read what to expect at your first physical therapy appointment. To book, call the Baldwin location or send us a request online. More answers are in our FAQ.
