Our Riverhead location is on Harrison Avenue, about half a mile from Peconic Bay Medical Center. It brings our care closer to patients from Riverhead, the Hamptons and the rest of the East End, who would otherwise have to travel farther, and it also sees patients from Calverton, Aquebogue, Jamesport and Flanders. Physical therapy, chiropractic care and acupuncture are all available here, and our team treats neck, back and joint pain and injuries from car accidents and work.

Good to know before you come

  • Spanish: spoken at the front desk and by at least one clinician.
  • Walk-ins: you’re welcome without an appointment, but please call first if you can: the team confirms that we can take your case before you are treated.
  • New patients: usually seen the same day.

No-Fault physical therapy, Workers’ Comp and Personal Injury in Riverhead

If you were hurt in a car accident, we treat you through New York No-Fault insurance. If you were injured at work, we treat you through Workers’ Compensation, and we also see patients with Personal Injury cases. We bill both the No-Fault insurer and the Workers’ Comp carrier directly, and we work with your attorney. If you have health insurance, we accept it too, depending on your case and your plan, and the team can confirm your coverage when you call or come in. Self-pay is available, too.

Your first visit

Please have a valid state-issued ID with you, along with any documents or information about your accident or injury. If anything is missing, our team coordinates with your attorney to get it; patients without an attorney need to provide it themselves.

Your first visit is an evaluation with one of our providers, who will talk through your symptoms and concerns, evaluate your condition and set a treatment plan. You’ll stay under that provider’s care for the rest of your treatment. Here’s what to expect at your first physical therapy appointment. To book, call the Riverhead location or send us a request online. Our FAQ answers the most common questions.
