Our Brooklyn location is on Flushing Avenue, right across the street from NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull, where Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant and Bushwick meet. Good to know before you come

  • Subway: the Flushing Avenue station on the J and M lines is steps away.
  • Parking: on the street.
  • Wheelchair access: there are no steps on the way in or to the treatment area.
  • Spanish: spoken at the front desk.
  • Walk-ins: you’re welcome to come in without an appointment. Calling first saves you time, because the team has to confirm that we can take your case before you are treated.
  • New patients: usually seen the same day.
  • Referral: you don’t need one.

Car accident (No-Fault) and work injury care in Brooklyn

After a car accident, including neck and back injuries such as whiplash, we treat you through New York No-Fault insurance. If you got hurt at work, we treat you through your Workers’ Compensation case, and we also take Personal Injury cases. We bill the No-Fault insurer and the Workers’ Comp carrier directly, and we work with your attorney. Depending on your case and your plan, we accept health insurance too: call or stop by, and the team will check your coverage. If you’d rather pay on your own, ask about our self-pay options.

Your first visit

Bring a valid state-issued ID, along with any documents or details you have about your accident or injury. If you have an attorney and something is missing, our team coordinates with your attorney to get it; if you don’t, you’ll need to bring it yourself.

Your first visit starts with an evaluation by one of our providers, who will listen to your symptoms and concerns, look at your condition and put together a treatment plan. That provider stays with you for the rest of your care. Here’s what to expect at your first physical therapy appointment. To book, call the Brooklyn location or send us a request online, and see our FAQ for the most common questions.
